The war diet – the ultimate weight loss quickly

Today I present you with the warrior diet to lose weight a three -week kick -ak plan.

Shout old people out there. Yes, you … Midlifers, baby boomer or in which category in which you adapt.

Would you like to lose weight? Didn’t your current diet plan work?

Would you like to get rid of this piece of Blab that just doesn’t want to disappear?

Many people are confused about what, how and when?

Despite the diet books that you have read and the programs you have tried, you still have no energy, carry excess body fat and feel physically falling down? Do you sexually feel a shadow of your former self?

Since the sale of diet books has skyrocketed, people have become more obvious! You do not lose by reading diet books. You lose weight by actually doing a diet that works and sticking to it.

I have a great diet plan for you.

Let me introduce the warrior diet. It was created by Ori Hofmekler, a former member of the Israeli special units, and the popular writer in the health and fitness industry. It is based on the patterns of the food by warriors in the ancient Greek and Roman times.

Warrior ate very little in the morning, trained on an empty stomach and celebrated a festival at night. This balance between fasting and training kept her actively and fit, slim and strong.

If you are a regular reader of my blogs, you know that I am a supporter of the intermittent fasting. The warrior diet is a kind of food in which the cycles with short windows were extended from extended times from extended times with little food. It was promoted as an effective way to lose weight and to improve the energy level and mental clarity. The warrior diet is a kind of intermittent fasting program that cycles 20-hour periods with little food with four-hour periods.

I think it’s worth trying it out. Do it for three weeks. Contact me if you want support, but please let me know how to do it and share your results in the comment area with others. If this works for you, share it with others so that you can benefit from it.

What is the warrior diet?

The warrior diet is a kind of intermittent fast that revolves around 20-hour periods under the food, followed by four-hour periods in which you consume as much food as desired at night.

The warrior diet is based on the eating patterns of the old warriors, who consumed little during the day and were then frozen at night.

It can help with weight loss

A study that imitated the warrior diet (fasting for 20 hours) showed that people who consumed meals over four hours in the evening experienced more weight loss than those who consumed the same amount of calories all day. In addition, those who ate a meal per day showed a significantly reduced fat mass and greater muscle mass. Followers of the warrior diet claim that this method of eating fat burns, improves concentration, increases the energy level, and stimulates the cellular repair.

Caution

The warrior diet could lead to bing and sink behavior, especially at the risk that the food develops a disordered meal. This type of food is not appropriate for everyone, including pregnant women and children.

Here is the war diet plan specified for you.

Three-week plan

First try a three -week three -phase plan to try out the warrior diet.

Phase I (week one): “detoxification”

20 hours under the food

During the day under Eat for 20 hours a day:

During the 20-hour fasting time, they are encouraged to maintain and only consume small amounts of food, including:

• Raw fruits, including apples, bananas, pineapple and berries
• Raw vegetables such as broccoli, leafy vegetables, mushrooms and carrots
• vegetable juices
• Dairy products such as yogurt and cottage cheese
• Clear Brhhohe
• solid eggs
• Lots of water, more than just 8 glasses of water per day. During your fasting phase you can have 9-10 glasses of water. Make sure you drink filtered water. You can also strengthen your water with nutrients by adding cucumber, mint, lemon, cinnamon, etc. Drinking water helps you to feel full and keep your body functions going.

As an advocate of fasting, I prefer that you simply cut out all calories and drink a lot of water, herbal teas and black coffee. Make it either way. Maybe you try?

After 20 hours, people can essentially compete in a four -hour excessive window.

4 hours while eating

During the four -hour excessive time, they eat:

• Salad with oil and vinegar dressing,

A large or more meals of:

• Plant proteins (beans),
• Wheat-free whole grain products such as rice, oats or pitta bread,
• Small amounts of cheese
• Cooking vegetables.

No processed foods, preservatives, additional sugar and artificial sweeteners. These are very harmful to their health.

Phase II (week two): “Fatmännische”

As a week one for the 20 hours under the meal.

4 hours while eating

During the four -hour overtime, this is the high fat section of the plan, eat:

• Salad with oil and vinegar dressing,
A large or more meals of:
• Plant proteins (beans),
• Small amounts of cheese
• Cooking vegetables.
• Lean animal protein such as chicken or fish
• A handful of nuts

Phase III (week three): “Finally fat loss”

This phase cycles between periods with high carbohydrate and high protein intake.

1–2 days high in carbohydrates
Protein and carbohydrate low and low in carbohydrates for 1-2 days
1–2 days high in carbohydrates
Protein and carbohydrate low and low in carbohydrates for 1-2 days

On days with high carbohydrate: for 20 hours on vegetable juices, clear broth, dairy products (yoghurt, cottage cheese), hard -boiled eggs and raw fruit and vegetables. During the four -hour excessive time:

• Eat a salad with oil and vinegar dressing
• cooked vegetables,
• Small amounts of animal protein
• A main carbohydrate such as corn, potatoes, pasta, barley or oats.

On days with low-carbohydrate, low-carbohydrate days: during the day under vegetable juices, dairy (yoghurt, cottage cheese), hard-boiled eggs and raw fruit and vegetables, under the carbohydrate days. During the four -hour overzeitung in the evening:

• Eat a salad with oil and vinegar dressing,
• 227–454 grams of animal protein (8–16 ounces)
• Side of the cooked, non -star vegetable.
• A small amount of fresh tropical fruits can be eaten for dessert.

Take a multivitamin during the three weeks. While you should eat a varied diet to ensure that you receive all the necessary micronutrients, a daily multivitamin serves as an insurance policy.

My recommendation after the 3 weeks is to go quickly to the 16: 8 intermittent.

Don’t forget to train. Warriors spent a lot of time to either fight or hunt what helped them use a lot of energy. So if you are on the warrior diet, you should train regularly to consume the energy and get back into shape.

Good luck with it and do not forget to share the results you achieve.
