Did you know that pumpkins, pumpkins and pumpkins are part of the Cucurbitaceae family?

Butternusskürbis, Delicata -Kürbis, Carnival Kürbis, Roter Kuri, Sweet Dumplan Kürbis and Pretty Pan Kurbis are typical of the autumn landscape, but many look as if they were only for decoration. Think again! They are delicious delicacies and packed with vitamin A, lutein and zeaxanthin that can protect their eyesight! They are low with high nutrients and low -calorie, which you have to maintain the perfect bite in your weight loss plan or to maintain a healthy weight.

If you want to include you in your daily diet, you will find some ideas here. First, you don’t have to cook them, even though they become sweet and soft like them. Fry or bake them by cutting them into pieces about 1 “square into pieces. Remove the seeds and roast them separately. Spray them easily with rapeseed or olive oil spray and put them on a biscuit sheet. Bake them at 375 minutes for 20-30 minutes or until soft. Turn it with salt, pepper, garlic powder or thymy.

You can also cook them in a saucepan with boiling water. They cook in about 10 minutes. As soon as you have them soft and sweet, you can add them to many salads, side dishes and even your breakfast!

Here are a few ideas to seduce your palette:

Use pureed pumpkin for breakfast with some brown sugra or maple syrup and add about 2 tablespoons to your daily oatmeal. Pumpkin Smoothies can be a further pleasure!

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with full fat

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

  • Graham cracker for garnishing

  1. Place all the ingredients with the exception of the Graham cracker in a mixer and process them smoothly. Pour in a glass and garnish with crumbled Graham crackers.

Salads and side dishes are another way to pump up their diet with pumpkin. Try a kale salad and garnish with pumpkin, cut grapes, splinter almonds and a light vinegar dressing. Pumpkin, grapes, splinter almonds, the kale offers texture while the pumpkin is creamy. The grapes give him sweetness while the almonds give him a crunch!

Another favorite without green is the combination of cut pears, roasted pumpkin cubes and feta with lemon and olive oil dressing. Add salt and pepper to the taste. Add pumpkin to your traditional tomatoes and burrata and basil, salad with a light drizzle made of olive oil and Himalaya sea salt.
