Did you know that pumpkins, pumpkins and pumpkins are part of the Cucurbitaceae family?

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with full fat

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

  • Graham cracker for garnishing

  1. Place all the ingredients with the exception of the Graham cracker in a mixer and process them smoothly. Pour in a glass and garnish with crumbled Graham crackers.

Salads and side dishes are another way to pump up their diet with pumpkin. Try a kale salad and garnish with pumpkin, cut grapes, splinter almonds and a light vinegar dressing. Pumpkin, grapes, splinter almonds, the kale offers texture while the pumpkin is creamy. The grapes give him sweetness while the almonds give him a crunch!

Another favorite without green is the combination of cut pears, roasted pumpkin cubes and feta with lemon and olive oil dressing. Add salt and pepper to the taste. Add pumpkin to your traditional tomatoes and burrata and basil, salad with a light drizzle made of olive oil and Himalaya sea salt.

And one last favorite is an autumn-friendly salsa consisting of fresh, shaved corn, apples, cumin, black beans olive oil and garlic powder and of course pumpkin!
